Warner Norcross Judd is seeking a Practice Group Support Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids. This role provides dedicated administrative support to the legal assistants in the practice group, contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of legal operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.
About the Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Scan and file documents in electronic and paper form.
- Proofread documents as requested including time entries, legal descriptions, pre-bills, forms. etc.
- Prepare basic documents including engagement letters and conflict waivers.
- Create PowerPoint and other presentations from provided material.
- Type from dictation.
- Upload documents to extranet sites.
- Open client matters and order sub-files.
- Assemble closing binders and other packaged materials.
- Distribute mail.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as calendaring items, scheduling meetings, order committee lunches, etc.

About You
Experience, Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites
- Prior office experience required
