Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing employee relations
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Policy Compliance and Employee Relations
- Experience establishing and managing new-hire orientations and onboarding
- Experience working with and managing relationships with multiple vendors that do business with organization
- Human Resource Certifications preferred
- Proficiency in HR management systems and software
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- Implementing initiatives to promote employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Manage new-hire orientation and onboarding as needed
- Responsible for managing payroll, employee benefit programs and insurances
- Responsible for coordinating with multiple vendors that work with company
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new employees
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices for multiple states
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
