Warren Averett is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as receptionist for front desk
- Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
- Assist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of information
- Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc...)
- Maintain appointment schedule for all of the conference rooms in the office
- Ensure that refreshments are adequately stocked and inventory for supplies is maintained
- Assist with projects such as processing tax returns, financial statements, and additional, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
