Commercial/Agriculture Loan Officer

Warren-Boynton State Bank serves its customers and communities by remaining a strong and stable community bank focused on providing high quality financial products and personal service. The bank has a comprehensive line of loan and deposit products for both businesses and consumers.

• Grow and maintain long-term profitable customer relationships and become clients trusted financial partner through offering needs-based solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for each relationship. Market to clients a broad range of financial products to include, but not limited to credit, treasury management services, and trust services.
• Manage the risk and quality of loan portfolio.
• Lead lending process from loan origination to underwriting and structure.
• Adjudicate loans within approval limits and prepare credit requests for loan above those limits to senior management for approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Agriculture Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong agriculture background preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in agriculture and commercial lending.
• Sound credit analysis and underwriting skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
