Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds & Property Care Specialist to help maintain the aesthetics, safety, and functionality of our commercial properties. This role focuses on hands-on upkeep and repair work—perfect for someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys working outdoors with variety in their day.
Core Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, weed, and maintain landscaped areas
- Pressure wash surfaces, clean outdoor furniture, and remove spider webs and debris
- Perform small repairs, paint touch-ups, and minor mechanical upkeep
- Keep grounds free of trash and hazards
- Assist with seasonal tasks like set up, leaf clearing, or storm prep as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory in good order
- Support additional maintenance or property tasks as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
- General property maintenance or landscaping experience
- Light mechanical ability (e.g., fixing small engines or equipment)
- Comfortable using landscaping tools and light power tools
- Bonus: Fiberglass or heavy mechanical experience (higher pay for these skills)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Must be 18 and physically capable of performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
