We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Correctional Officer to maintain safety and security within our correctional facility. Duties
- Supervise inmate activities and maintain order within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Monitor inmate behavior and enforce rules to prevent disturbances or escapes.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, inmate behavior, and daily activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, using first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Utilize CCTV systems to monitor inmate movements and ensure facility safety.
- Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or incidents.
