Warren County HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

This is a permanent, Administrative Support position working eight (8)
flexible hours per day at an hourly rate in accordance with the
Administrative Support Personnel Agreement. This position requires a
high level of confidentiality as well as strong personal, supervisory, and
communication skills. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in
human resources is preferred. A minimum of an associate’s degree in a
related field is required. This position works closely with District
administration and requires working knowledge relating to FMLA, ADA,
Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, staffing, teaching
certification, benefits management, employee management, employee
onboarding, negotiated contract interpretation, record keeping, and State
and Federal personnel reporting. Proficient technology skills using MS
Office are required. Experience with report writing through Cognos and
familiarity with HR/Payroll systems are preferred. Additional duties may
be assigned by a Director. Testing may be required. Questions
