Warren County Schools is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas, in a clean and tidy state
- Shovel, plow, and sand walks, driveways, parking areas, and steps as necessary
- Ensure exit doors are open and panic bolts are functioning properly during school hours
- Sweep classrooms daily and dust furniture
- Scrub, hose down, and disinfect toilets, floors, and sanitary fixtures daily
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued.
