What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing/ Community Liason position at Warren Haven Nursing Home?
Warren Haven, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Warren County, NJ is currently seeking a full time Marketing Director/ Community Leason for our growing facility. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Warren County market, sales and marketing experience and preferably experience in a Skilled Nursing facility.
Responsibilities of the Admissions Director/ Community Liaison include:
· Cultivate relationships with local community referral sources including Physicians, Hospitals and Assisted living Facilities.
· Participate in Community events to promote Warren Haven.
· Evaluate referrals to determine admission appropriateness
· Work closely with Admissions Coordinator and other facility staff to ensure smooth care transitions.
· Utilize social media and digital marketing to raise awareness of Warren Haven
· Maintain close contact with the case managers and hospital social workers and communicate bed availability.
· Focus on customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
