Are You a Strategic Leader with a Passion for Libraries? We're seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to drive our mission of enriching, empowering, and enlightening the people of the Warren-Newport Public Library District.
This is a full-time, exempt Grade 10 position at 37.50 hours a week. The starting salary is $82,524.00-$103,155.00 DOE. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends (for board meetings and special events).

Ideal Candidate:
- Master's degree in library science, business, or related field
- 5 years leadership experience within library operations or similar service-oriented environments
