Key Responsibilities
- **Leadership and Management:**
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication, address concerns, and share updates.
- Assist in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff.
- Perform annual evaluations of nursing staff and oversee performance improvement plans when necessary.
- **Patient Care Coordination:**
- Ensure that patient care is delivered according to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans to enhance quality and safety.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance:**
