GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services. This role is resposible for conducting market research, understanding the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities. They play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring new customers and employees. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimization.
- Measure and analyse a campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools.
- Send reports on campaign details and results to the marketing team monthly.
- Develop plans and collaborate with the marketing team on creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve return on ad spend consistently.
- Regularly analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) and creative element performance to help shape future marketing strategies
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

- Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing elements, including SEO and social media strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand management.
- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in content management tools such as CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, study metrics, and align strategies effectively.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and applications like web analytics and Google Ads.
