The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Warrenton Oil Company's workforce. This includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and acting as a liaison between management and employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years human resources experience, preferably with three years of HR management experience. They will also be able to work effectively with senior management, HR staff, and other employees to achieve business goals.
