Lead Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to define and shape the creative vision of Warrior Angels. As the key designer, you’ll oversee concept development, fabric selection, and collaboration with our sample development studio, ensuring that every design meets the brand’s standards and your unique vision. This role offers a significant opportunity to establish a distinctive brand identity in the activewear market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric Selection: Choose high-performance fabrics that align with our focus on quality and durability.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our collections are innovative and relevant.
• Design Creation & Tech Packs: Lead the design process for each season, producing detailed tech packs for production.
• Sample Development: Collaborate closely with sample development studios to bring your designs to life, overseeing necessary adjustments.
• Product Development: Guide the process from concept to final sample, ensuring every piece aligns with Warrior Angels’ standards.
• Accessory Design: Design complementary accessories, including socks and hats, to enhance our apparel collections.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to inform design strategies and align with consumer preferences.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in activewear/yogawear design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• In-depth knowledge of activewear fabrics and their applications.
• Strong ability to forecast trends and interpret industry direction.
• Proficiency in creating detailed tech packs for production.
• Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
• Highly creative, with a strong sense of innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
