We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing, friendly, smiling Front Desk agent to join our team at The Warrior Hotel
Job duties include:
Guest Services: 90%
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests
- Handle billing questions or inquiries
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
Administrative: 10%
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
- Comply at all times with hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations; exceeding Marriott standard
- Responsible for safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of service areas
- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees, and other departments
- Have knowledge of the hotel guest rooms, their locations, and amenities
- Conduct a daily house count and expected arrivals and departures
