Our YouTube content Creator plays a strategic role in bridging the gap between the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure our vision and education are properly integrated across our YouTube channel, which best meets a brand’s communication tasks. This exciting full-time role, based in Milford, CT, will allow you to collaborate with the local team and our internal team members. You’ll be able to work across a global entertainment brand, educating on timepieces and watches—one of the few brands doing so. Executing communications planning from a strategic perspective. Here’s where you come in
Lead day-to-day comms planning for our YouTube channel accounts.
Develop and manage our content calendar
Understand social media conversations and review weekly sentiments to ensure the right assets are reflected in the content calendar
Work on content themes for new product releases in collaboration with the strategist.
Develop show ideas for recording
Conduct A/B testing of video thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and formats
Produce the back end on YouTube to ensure the channel and shows rank the highest.
Track and analyze analytics and traffic data
Develop copy for all shows.
Ability to script and film videos in a studio and/or on location
Experience with Adobe Premier Pro
Work closely with creative and PM teams to ensure delivery dates and timelines for
idea production, ensuring assets are ready as per the plan

Duties:
Promote and advertise the company on YouTube by submitting videos to YouTube and other platforms, providing links to the organizational website
Create and maintain a YouTube account
Gather relevant and applicable content to be posted on the company’s YouTube channel
Make the videos suitable for the company’s target audience
Keep videos fun and engaging
Track and analyze analytics and traffic data
Create, edit, and post ads in accordance with the company’s advertising budget
Use video to share product knowledge effectively
Collaborate with senior management and other content creators
Use video to promote organizational events effectively
Use video effectively to share company news
Responsibilities:
Create, produce, edit, shoot, direct, and script high-quality videos to promote the company’s products and services, build brand awareness, and attract new subscribers
Write compelling descriptions, titles, and tags, including keywords, to optimize videos for search
Source and edit stock images and videos, including shooting, lighting, and image composition
Raise brand awareness by regularly posting high-quality videos
Plan and perform YouTube ads, including proper targeting, creative, and bid optimization
Conduct A/B testing of video thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and formats
Research industry influencers and collaborate with them to create and draft promotional content
Partner with social media teams to optimize social media marketing efforts
Collaborate with SEO or content teams to create industry-relevant blog posts
Communicate with partners, customers, and stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of their needs
Requirements And Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to come up with a concept, create an outline, and execute the YouTube process
Ability to script and film videos in a studio and/or on location
Experience with Adobe Premier Pro
Understanding of YouTube and Google’s guidelines for content
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
