Warriors Heart is growing and is expanding our Client Relations Team again!
If in recovery, a veteran, LEO, firefighter, or 1st Responder, let your past experience assist you in healing others.Warriors Heart is a residential treatment facility dedicated to serving our military, law enforcement, firefighters, 1st responders and other civilian warriors.Client Relations (CR) is the go to person for our clients.
CR provides concierge like services to the clients at WARRIORS HEART supporting them in their success of recovery. Many individuals who have a personal connection to the field or are pursuing counseling licensing choose to work as a CR.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in service/hospitality industry (2 years preferred)
- Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment
- Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
- Knowledgeable on computer (word, excel, mac platforms, keynote, etc)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Current cleared TB skin test
- Valid Drivers License in good standings
- Pass an annual background clearance
- Willing to submit to random drug test and alcohol screening (and pass)
- Knowledge of or experience with Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, or other 1st
Responders - personal or through family members
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :
- Service, service, service. The responsibility of CR is to provide service/support to the clients, the
team and the facility.
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Following, proper visitor protocol (signed releases, etc) and greeting all visitors.
- Transportation: airport, detox, appointments, hospital, doctor office, outside meetings, store runs,
rec groups and other client/company transportation requirements.
- Client Intakes
- Ability to operate and comprehend the Blood Pressure Equipment.
- Must be able to perform and properly calculate Urinalysis/Pregnancy panels, and the Alcohol
Breathe Analyzer.
- Gather Urinalysis from client for drug screening
- Know the separation between clinical and
conversational interactions.
- This will allow you to assist clients in a non-clinical manner while directing them to the proper
clinical personnel, when required.
- Medication Training and Supervision of client self-administration of medications.
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol addiction
- Facilitate house Sunrise and Sunset meeting(s)
- Document shift reports daily
- Ability to operate all appliances and house fixtures. This includes and not limited to; refrigerators, dishwasher, fireplaces (group rooms and client rooms), carpet shampoo (this can be used for wet carpet water removal), all thermostats, swamp coolers, air conditioner (clinical), and lighting.
- Read, understand, and follow the Client Relations Policy Manual.
MUST include cover letter of knowledge of addiction, PTSD, and any personal/professional experience/knowledge of military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighter and/or 1st responders.
