Looking to hire Mental Health (dual) and Substance Abuse (CSAC) counselors!
Warriors Heart - a Private Adult Drug & Alcohol Treatment that specializes in serving our Warriors – Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, First Responders and Civilian Warriors. The facility is hiring Certified Substance Abuse Counselors.

Pay ranges depending on experience/qualifications.

Duties to Include but not limited to:
- Individual counseling sessions for clients
- Group Counseling
- Charting of all assessments, sessions and groups
- Attend Treatment Team Staffing
- Maintain & Exceed individual JCAHO compliance, Virginia State compliance and other regulatory agencies
- Contact with family members, crisis interventions, etc
Requirements to include but not limited to:
- Must have at least a current clinical license in the state of Virginia in good standing
- Clean clinical record verified by appropriate agencies
- Successfully pass a background check
- Team Player and excellent communicator
- Calm demeanor, mission driven, dedicated to sobriety
- Knowledge of addiction and/or PTSD in the Warrior class
- Knowledge of JCAHO and Virginia State Services policies
- HIPAA Compliant
- Computer skills - word, excel, clinical software
- Willingness to work on self - as we are a healing facility, our team is dedicated to continuing to improve our own lives!
Experience in treating our Warriors! Former Warriors or family of Warriors a plus!
