Warsaw Recovery Center, an Aspen BHC facility, is obtaining its state license to operate as a substance use disorder (SUD) inpatient facility. We are on the path to opening our doors to the community in the coming months, committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and healing. Our primary goal is to serve Virginia's underserved population and Medicaid members. However, we foster an environment that welcomes individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
Position Overview:
An Outreach Coordinator plays a crucial role in helping individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues access treatment. They assess the individual's needs, provide information about our or other treatment options, and help coordinate the admission process. Overall, their purpose is to facilitate access to the most suitable and effective care for those in need. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Salary is commensurate with experience and knowledge. There is no floor or ceiling to the annual salary. Our organization follows all federal and state rules pertaining to patient brokering and enticement laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our addiction treatment program.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
- Be a resource and a mentor in the communities we serve, which includes being of service to local partners.
- Identify barriers and assist in resolving issues to facilitate improved relations with referral sources and improve the referral process.
- In collaboration with the contact center, clinical team, and other key staff, maintain efficient and traceable key performance indicators that meet the leadership's expectations.
Qualifications
- 3 years operating in an Outreach or Business Development role
- Knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
