Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Technician to lead a landscaping crew in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping, with proven leadership and communication skills. As a Landscape Technician, you will work to make sure that projects are completed efficiently and to our standards

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a landscaping crew to ensure effective execution of landscape projects.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including hardscape, softscape, and landscape maintenance (edging, mulching, pruning).
• Lead the installation of new landscapes, including gardens, lawns, and other outdoor features.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Experience

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising and communicating.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
