Warwick Seattle is looking for dependable individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agent. Front Desk Agents are responsible for supporting our guests before and during their stays, and also act as the first impression and interaction for many of our guests. Some key duties are :
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer telephone calls and multi-task between guests in front of you and guests calling.
- Be a primary point of contact for guest inquiries and complaint resolution.
- Taking individual and group room reservations and perform accurate input of reservation information into the Property Management System
- Ensure you remain informed of pertinent information for the hotel and the market, such as restaurants and attractions
- Other support as needed from time to time
- Opera Experience helpful
All Front Desk Agents are expected to have, at minimum, the following abilities and knowledge :
