What's your day like?
As a Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) at Wasatch Behavioral Health with our SUD Assessment and Referral in Orem Utah, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our behavioral health facility. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients with a warm welcome, providing top-notch customer service, and efficiently managing incoming calls. You will have the opportunity to make preliminary assessments of individual needs and urgency for services, ensuring clients are promptly assigned to the most suitable service provider. Additionally, scheduling appointments, receiving payments, and responding to billing inquiries will be part of your daily tasks. Your organization skills will shine as you prepare and maintain client information, charts, and records.

What you need to be successful
To excel in the role of a Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least six months of clerical or secretarial experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in effectively interacting with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools will be beneficial in managing appointments, client information, and billing inquiries.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
