Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements related to imports and exports.
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation management teams to facilitate timely clearance of shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customs entries and related documentation for audit purposes.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations.
- Communicate with importers about current shipment status details and customs information.
Experience
- Customer service skills are required.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage is preferred.
