Our front desk team does more than greet clients—they are the face and voice of our brand. We’re looking for someone passionate about aesthetics, driven by service, and confident in supporting the sales process. You’ll not only manage the guest experience but also help guide clients toward solutions that make them feel confident and cared for.
Summary:
This hybrid role blends top-tier hospitality with clinic sales. You’ll be the first impression, last touchpoint, and a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience. Ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating genuine connections—with a knack for both service and sales.
Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Greet every guest warmly and professionally
- Provide new patient tours and ensure a comfortable environment
- Walk clients through check-in/check-out processes
- Offering hospitality that exceeds expectations
- Social media savvy, able to make reels and help post
Sales & Treatment Consultation Support
- Educate clients on services, packages, and skincare products
- Upsell services and recommend treatment plans (under provider guidance)
- Drive front-end sales for promotions, packages, memberships, and products
- Commission eligible after 90 days
- Work with the team in achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of Canva helpful
Appointment & Admin Management
- Schedule appointments and confirm visits
- Maintain accurate client records and consent forms
- Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless service flow
- Process payments, apply discounts, and manage rewards programs
Communication & Brand Representation
- Represent brand values in all client interactions
- Answer phones, emails, texting platforms
- Follow up with leads and ensure appointment retention
Retail & Inventory Oversight
- Keep retail shelves organized and well-stocked
- Learn product ingredients and benefits to support client recommendations
Team Collaboration
- Support injectors, medical aestheticians, and medical providers with scheduling and communication
- Participating in team huddles, training, and promotions
- Provide insights from client feedback to improve services and experience

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong sales experience
- Minimum 2-years of customer service or front desk experience (medspa/dermatology/plastics experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using booking/scheduling software
- Prior experience with consultative or retail sales
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts and rotating Saturdays
- Not routine but must be available for evenings and/or weekends and events as needed.
