Responsibilities:
- Manage Input and next action lists
- Manage Calendars
- Organize project files
- Monitor project data and assist in data collection from subcontractors
- Create and organize weekly reports
- Take meeting minutes and identify action items and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a proficient knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Must be incredibly organized, with a growth mindset.
- Must be a team player, within a flexible construction team
- Must have a willingness to take on additional tasks with short notice.
