Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess and respond to maintenance issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
