Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory and Team Leadership:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of carpet cleaners to ensure high standards of performance.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for new and existing team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, offering feedback and setting goals for individual and team growth.
Delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of team resources and optimal job execution.
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices across all projects.
Scheduling and Coordination of Floor Work:
Schedule Floor Care Projects: Coordinate and schedule carpet and floor cleaning services, ensuring that all jobs are properly prioritized based on customer needs and availability of resources.
Allocate Resources Efficiently: Determine the appropriate equipment, cleaning solutions, and staff for each floor care job, whether carpet cleaning or other types of flooring maintenance (e.g., tile, wood, or vinyl).
Monitor Scheduling Conflicts: Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent requests, weather delays, or other changes in job timelines.
Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with customer service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that floor care projects are executed smoothly, and client expectations are met.

Hands-On Cleaning Duties:
Carpet Cleaning: Perform carpet cleaning services (e.g., hot water extraction, steam cleaning, dry cleaning) for commercial clients, ensuring quality and care in every job.
Quality Control: Inspect all completed work for quality, ensuring that all floors (carpet and non-carpet) meet company standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:

Provide recommendations to clients regarding floor care, maintenance schedules, and any additional services that may be beneficial.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
Quality Control:

Equipment and Supplies Maintenance:

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate any larger repairs or replacements to management.
Health & Safety Compliance:
