Here's the deal:
You'll be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring that jobs are completed at lightning speed and with unmatched quality. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, keeping everything running like clockwork. Your job is to make sure our customers are thrilled, our crews are well-prepared, and our operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate field crews to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Conduct weekly quality checks to ensure our work is always on point.
- Keep your teams informed, equipped, and ready to deliver excellence each day.
- Train and mentor new technicians, growing the next generation of Wash Masters A-players.
- Tackle callbacks or customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Hold monthly safety meetings, ensuring we meet all compliance standards and keep our team safe.
- Assist with quoting by gathering valuable field information to support sales efforts.
- Support sales and marketing by gathering insights to refine our processes and client interactions.
- Keep things organized and track job progress with software tools like Trainual, Slack, and Customer Factor.

Your Schedule (Seasonal Flexibility Required!):
Regular Season:
- Mon–Thurs: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Busy Season (May & October):
- Mon–Thurs: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Off Season (December–February):
- 25-36 hours/week depending on workload.
Show Me the Money:
- Base Salary: $45,000/year
- Bonus Potential: $13,000–$16,000/year (based on crew performance and customer satisfaction!)
