A Laundromat Manager oversees the daily operations of a laundry facility, including hours of operation, staff, equipment, and supplies. They also ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Responsibilities
- Hours of Operation: 365 days a year from 6am to 10pm. Insure staff opening and closing on-time.
- Detail Oriented: Must be a self organizer and problem solver without direct supervision.
- Staff management: Supervise and evaluate staff hiring and firing, including interviewing, training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Equipment and supply management: Order and manage supplies, and equipment parts, and ensure they are available to staff.
- Quality control: Ensure that laundry is immaculate and meets quality standards. Properly conducting.
- Preventive Maintenance: Schedule for machines and building; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually maintenance to prevent down time.
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and requisition replacements as needed.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve processes.
- Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with all regulations and policies.
- Customer service: Provide HIGH-QUALITY customer service NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate all work shifts.
- Budgeting: Manage budgets and control costs.
- Report: Directly to owner.
- Banking: Manage daily deposits, withdrawals (change/coin), accounts payable/receivable, and general banking operations.

Key responsibilities of a laundromat technician:
- Preventative maintenance: Regularly inspect and service laundry equipment according to manufacturer guidelines, including lubrication, cleaning, and belt adjustments.
- Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment, and perform necessary repairs including replacing parts.
- Parts management: Maintain inventory of replacement parts and order new parts as needed.
- Safety compliance: Ensure all equipment is operating within safety standards and address any potential hazards.
- Recordkeeping: Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used on each machine.
- Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge: May be required to perform minor plumbing or electrical work related to laundry equipment.
