Responsibilities:
- Provides quality service to all restaurant guests.
- Provides efficient and friendly food and beverage service in the Fairview Restaurant, Bull Durham Bar, Room Service and Nineteen
- Assist in all aspects of restaurant, lounge and room service operations
- Assist in the selection, training, supervision and development of staff to meet hotel performance standards. Provides adequate floor supervision, one-on-one training, and employee development utilizing WADU policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling, evaluation of procedure manuals, job descriptions and specifications and performance standards within the department.
