Our Expectations

• Start everyday on time, ready to work with heart, body and mind in the right place for a successful day
• Review jobs with your lead an foreman; load job and be on the road in 30 minutes or less from start of work day
• Arrive at worksite looking professional, meet the homeowner and conduct walk through to review job expectations prior to starting work
• Help keep an efficient and SAFE job site daily keeping you and your lead protected from fall, electrical, mechanical, chemical and other jobsite hazards.
• Stay in sync with homeowner throughout install keeping them informed of major decisions such as routing, positioning, noise levels, access needs, etc.
• Be receptive to, coaching and direction giving by your lead during the day, they are working to build the next generation of craftsman installers
• Help educate the homeowner on new system once installed and conduct final paperwork required to complete the project.
• Daily communication up and across the chain of command with lead, foreman, coordinators, division manager and others on problems, opportunities, ideas, and all other needed information.

Minimum Skills & Certifications

• Previous use of power tools a plus. Helpful but not required!
• Ability to work with little to no supervision once shown the correct way
• Maintain excellent driving record
• Maintain professional presentation

Physical Requirements

• 75% or more of day spent standing, walking, crawling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting and operating tools
• Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working for extended periods on ladders or scaffolding.
• Comfortable working from heights.
• Comfortable working in extreme environmental conditions including: wet and humid weather, working in extreme cold or heat, working near mechanical or moving parts, working on a ladder or roof, working in and around electrical - always maintaining safety protocols and PPE.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Window Installation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Fife, WA 98424: Relocate before starting work (Required)
