Job Description
As a Residential Loan Professional, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential loans for individual borrowers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new business through prospecting and referral programs.
- Process loan applications from initial contact to closing.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and bank operating policies/procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent lending experience.
- Minimum of two years' experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
- Valid driver's license required.
