About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Loan Originator to join our team at Washington Financial. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential loans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of loan products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of current lending regulations and features/benefits of bank loan products and services.
- Knowledge of bank operating policies/procedures impacting loan services and sales skills.
- Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their financing requirements.
- Recommend and originate mortgage loans that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent lending experience required.
- Minimum two years' related experience preferred.
