Administrative Coordinator
Objective
To provide necessary support and assistance for successful and flawless company and office operations

- Manage and handle general office responsibilities
- Assist Estimating Team throughout bidding process
- Assist Project Management Team for various project related items
- Assist Engineering Team to prepare/submit permit application to the county
- Manage and coordinate periodic inspections
- Manage and process employee payrolls
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Education Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
- Recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
Computer/Software Experience
- MS Word, Excel, Google
- Adobe Acrobat
Language: Fluent in English

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
