Automotive Sales Associate

Washington Hyundai is expanding our new and used sales staff at our wonderful location in Washington, Pa. Absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We are seeking New / Used Vehicle Sales associates who are capable of selling vehicles while maintaining high CSI. WE OFFER:

· Annual Income range is $35,000-$150,000

· Guaranteed training pay of $17/hour.

· Brand new facility!

· 40 hour work week

· 5-day work week, No Sundays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Determine each client's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.

· Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).

· Attend sales meetings.

· Maintain owner follow-up through our CRM system, encouraging repeat and referral business and maintaining customer satisfaction.

· Prospect development and follow-up utilizing our CRM system.

· Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and customer benefits

· Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid Driver's License

· Ability to pass background check and attain a PA sales license

· Professional Appearance, excellent communication skills and positive attitude

· Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards

· Proficient computer skills

· Willingness to learn and adapt

· High school diploma or the equivalent

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
