Job Description for Parts Warehouse Shipping and Receiving
Responsibilities are as follows:
· Verify and pull all customer and internal orders
· Process, package, and ship orders accurately
· Examine all incoming and outgoing shipments for damages/defects
· Stock parts shelves and keep warehouse clean/organized
· Scheduling of outbound LTL shipments
· Receiving of all products, both physically and in the company database, noting any discrepancies
· Cycle counting/spot checking inventory
· Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred requirements:
· Prior warehouse experience
· Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck – we will forklift certify you if needed.
· Able to lift/move heavy objects (50-100 lbs)
· Must be able to multitask and have great attention to detail
· Good organizational skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, and word)
· Good communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
