Human Capital Management Systems Administrator Marketing Statement :
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Human Capital Information Management (HCIM) department is seeking a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated Human Capital Management Systems Administrator to join our team. An exceptional candidate should be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, with a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of HCIM processes and best practices. In this role, a success candidate will play a key part in optimizing and enhancing our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems by providing expert guidance on system implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. The successful candidate will lead efforts to develop and refine HCIM system modules, support user training, conduct thorough system testing and validation, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational policies. Strong Oracle Fusion and People Soft technical experience is highly preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering or Information Systems Management.
In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED and an additional four (4) years of experience in systems analysis and programming in a web application environment or similar work on applications in an Enterprise Resource Planning environment may be considered.

SUMMARY
The Human Capital Information Management Systems Administrator is responsible for the oversight and support of the ERP Human Capital Management System to include but not limited to : core HR, Talent Acquisition Management, Candidate Gateway, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee & Manager Self Service, and eProfile and ensure that supporting processes and interfaces are meeting the business expectations. This position provides functional expertise, conducts system configuration, facilitates user training, and ensure system compliance with organizational policies. It also provides planning, development, implementation, documentation and support for the organization's Human Capital Management systems applications. The incumbent is responsible for defining functional business processes and translating them into system requirements, communicating these requirements to customer management and Digital Modernization management. The incumbent plays a key role in testing, deployment of system upgrades, and enhancements.
