Case Manager -Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
Start hourly wage: Two year degree $15.86 per hour - Four year degree $17.69 per hour

Qualifications: Must have at least a two year degree in social services, mental health or related field. Preference is a bachelors degree. Must be willing to travel extensively. Mileage reimbursement is currently $.58 per mile.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide ongoing support and expertise through assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual clients needs. Overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of client management and satisfaction and to promote optimum utilization of agency and community resources, service delivery and compliance with external review agencies' requirements..
