Washington Pavilion Management Inc. (WPMI) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing & Guest Services to lead our marketing, brand management, and guest experience strategy. As WPMI continues to expand beyond its core identity—offering management services, community programming, and B2B initiatives such as Art Consulting and Ticketing Services—this leadership role is critical in shaping our future growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with WPMI’s evolving business model and revenue objectives.
- Strengthen WPMI’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and business segments.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making focused on revenue generation and audience development.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to maintain WPMI’s leadership in marketing innovation.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Oversee content marketing and storytelling initiatives that enhance brand reputation, support fundraising, and drive ticket sales and membership growth.
- Utilize CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Develop partnerships with media outlets, digital agencies, tourism organizations, and industry influencers to amplify marketing impact.
Guest Experience & Customer Engagement
- Lead the Guest Services team to deliver an exceptional visitor experience across all WPMI-managed properties and programs.
- Utilize customer insights and data to enhance engagement strategies, increase guest loyalty, and refine service experiences.
- Drive initiatives that maximize revenue opportunities through strategic audience engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Align marketing efforts with revenue-generating opportunities, including corporate sponsorships, ticketing services, and event programming.
- Develop and promote new B2B offerings, such as Art Consulting and Ticketing Services, positioning WPMI as a market leader.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand WPMI’s reach, impact, and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of leadership experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and performance optimization to achieve business goals.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
