The Information Technology Division (ITD) implements and supports technology that enables business operations in WSP Business Divisions. The Application Development Support Section (ADSS) develops and supports applications using technologies such as .NET, ServiceNow, and Reporting Tools.
Duties
This position is a member of the Patrol Application Development and Support (PADS) team within the Application Development Support Section (ADSS) providing development, maintenance and support of low code applications and user access for WSP.
Our new teammate will be able to:
- Provide system administration and primary customer support for employee related ServiceNow applications.
- Provide applications and enhancements to meet customer business requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience using MS Office skills, including MS Excel functions and Power Point layering and animation.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
