Position Summary

The Health Program Manager for Olin Health Initiatives will lead and organize the operations of a dynamic program with a fast-paced, start-up-like environment in the midst of a well established school of business. The role requires a sharp, detail-oriented individual who thrives on solving challenges in real time, maintaining structure amidst change, and driving operational success.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Organization

  • Develops and manages operational plans that align with the health initiative's objectives.
  • Creates and maintains systems that enhance efficiency, ensures alignment across teams, and keeps the program running smoothly.

Adaptability and Problem Solving

  • Adjusts plans and priorities in response to evolving needs in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactively identifies challenges and develops innovative solutions, ensuring the program remains agile and continues to meet its goals effectively.

Task and Workflow Oversight

  • Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are coordinated and executed in alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitors workflows and deadlines closely, ensuring the program stays on track and that no detail is overlooked.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Tracks key program metrics and milestones to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compiles clear, concise reports to inform leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Process Improvement

  • Identifies inefficiencies within the program and implements improvements to streamline workflows.
  • By refining processes, contributes to the program’s overall success and its ability to adapt to future challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicates and coordinates with external stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Represents the program with professionalism, maintaining strong relationships while focusing on operational priorities.

Salary Range

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
