Position Summary
The Department of Surgery at Washington University in St Louis is seeking an Postdoc Associate for the cancer immunology laboratory in the division of Surgical Oncology. The laboratory is currently located in BJ-IOH building in the heart of the WashU medical campus.This position is responsible for collaborating with the Principal Investigator (PI) on the design, conduct and reporting of research projects. Specific projects currently underway include the role of novel immunotherapeutic agents in Pancreatic Cancer. Our lab explores the immune phenotypic changes in response to various therapies in combination to standard of care treatments.
We take a “bedside to bench” approach leveraging access to human tumor samples, genomic sequencing technologies, state-of-the-art high throughput signaling assays, and transgenic mouse models to study clinically relevant questions in the mouse models.

This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
Salary Range:
Base pay is commensurate with experience.
