Position Summary
The role of Prospect Management Analyst is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career professional who wants to be a part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This position will partner with the Medical Advancement team to identify and assign top prospects, manage the Grateful Patient review process, prepare for bi-annual strategy sessions, contribute to data integrity initiatives, and gather and analyze data for quarterly strategy consultations.
This position is a part of the Prospect Management team and works with Prospect Management Consultants and a Senior Associate Director to assist with portfolio management for various teams within Medical Advancement.
This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role on campus with an optional hybrid work schedule. The Prospect Management Analyst will report to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management.

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the Medical Advancement gift officer queues and processes, including:
- Continuously review and build out qualification queues for gift officers.
- Prioritize queues based on different data points to identify top prospects in queues.
- Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify current donors that are Leadership or Major gift prospects.
- Manage the Pre-Opportunity review and assignment process.
- Identify recent Grateful Patients for assignment.
- Analyze and curate data for strategy sessions and consultations, at the direction of the Senior Associate Director
- Collaborate with Annual Giving PMC to manage the assignment of Med Annual Giving prospects.
- Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
