Currently, WashLB serves more than 180 locations across seven markets, including Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington State.
As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Account Management Specialist based in Seattle, WA to expand our reach, establish strong partnerships, and manage key client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth, with the potential for long-term financial upside through equity participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with apartment complexes, condominiums, and residential communities in Seattle, Washington to offer our mobile detailing services.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our footprint within the city and beyond.
- Pitch our service model to property managers, leasing offices, and HOA representatives to secure exclusive service agreements.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for established accounts in Seattle, WA (in-person); Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR (Remotely) to ensure seamless service execution, high client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with property managers and residents to maintain strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Monitor service performance and address any issues or concerns proactively.
- Organize and attend resident events to promote awareness and engagement with our detailing services.
Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting apartment residents.
- Assist in the creation of flyers, digital ads, and referral programs to increase customer adoption.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage trends to refine offerings and improve service.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in service-based or B2B industries.
- Experience working with property managers, leasing agents, or HOAs is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Passion for the automotive industry, sustainability, or innovative service solutions is a plus.
- Leasing agent experience a plus!
