Wasserman Marketing is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join the Global Insights and Innovation team as a Product Success Manager (PSM). Wasserman’s Global Insights team sits at the center of all we do, supporting the brands, properties, and talent businesses with actionable insights and proprietary products and capabilities. The team leads Wasserman’s efforts in performance measurement, audience intelligence, and custom research and analytics, delivering insight-driven strategies to our clients. The Innovation Team – within Global Insights – is a small, collaborative, and efficient team that drives the next generation of products for Wasserman and its clients.
The PSM, within the Innovation Team, will drive success for Wasserman’s owned and operated products across sports, music, and entertainment verticals. The ideal candidate is strong at nurturing relationships and translating opportunities into action. This role will advocate for end-user experience in the product building lifecycle – in partnership with product managers, designers and developers. What You’ll Do
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the onboarding process for new users, developing supporting materials, and facilitating trainings on primary functionalities.
- Maintain relationships with existing user groups for feedback collection to inform future product enhancements and functionality.
- Manage communications channels for ongoing product messaging and in coordination with go-to-market strategies.
- Develop approaches to drive user actions based on key success measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
