Wasserman Marketing is looking for a dynamic and passionate candidate to join the Global Insights and Innovation team as a Senior Product Manager (SPM). Wasserman’s Global Insights team sits at the center of all we do, supporting the brands, properties, and talent businesses with actionable insights and proprietary products and capabilities. The team leads Wasserman’s efforts in performance measurement, audience intelligence, and custom research and analytics, delivering insight-driven strategies to our clients. The Innovation Team – within Global Insights – is a small, collaborative, and efficient team that drives the next generation of products for Wasserman and its clients.
The Senior Product Manager, within the Innovation Team, will define, drive, and ensure the success of Wasserman owned and operated products. The ideal candidate is dynamic and passionate about the opportunity to build products. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Associate VP of Innovation and manage two Product Managers on the innovation team. Additionally, this role will work directly with the software engineering, design, and project management team throughout the product building lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Have ownership of Product involving multiple internal/external stakeholders and drive the Product strategy & execution for it
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop product roadmaps
- Lead discovery work around minimum viable product (MVP) for any new product/feature, collaborating with delivery teams to prototype and validate the MVP
- Effectively document and track requirements to the engineering team via product management tools (Jira) – enabling them to clearly understand the epic/story/task and success criteria in completing each assignment
- Steer sprint/release planning sessions by working with Operations team to plan sprints/ releases that deliver maximum business value
- Act as the primary point of contact between commercial and technical teams
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- 5 years of product management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile methodologies
- Proven success in working on unstructured problems, defining hypotheses, creating MVPs, running experiments and analyzing results to drive data-driven decisions
