We’re looking for a Senior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—someone with a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring bold, culturally sharp creative to life. You’ll work on branding, visual identity, and integrated campaigns for global brands in tech, CPG, retail, and social impact across some of the biggest events in sports and entertainment, such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup, LA28 Olympics, NCAA, Coachella, and beyond.

What You’ll Do
Base salary range: $90-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role

What You’ll Do
- Design and execute visually striking sponsorship campaigns that resonate across digital, social, print, video, and experiential platforms.
- Develop branding, layouts, and key visual identities for high-profile activations in sports, entertainment, and culture through impactful presentations.
- Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts to life through compelling design.
- Develop typography, imagery, layout, and design across multiple brand touchpoints.
- Present ideas and design rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams.
- Push creative boundaries while maintaining alignment with client brand identities and objectives.
- 5 years of experience in design roles, with a portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work and branding expertise.
- A passion for sports, entertainment, and culture—you understand what moves audiences and how to translate that into impactful design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Mac), including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Motion and video a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinking—you see the big picture while executing the smallest details flawlessly.
- Ability to follow brand visual identities/rules, and understand how they work so you can create room for innovation between the prescribed “rules”
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- A growth mindset—you’re adaptable, open to feedback, and always striving to evolve creatively – while handling multiple projects.
- Excitement to work and collaborate in an incredible NYC office three days per week.
