YesAs a Graphic Design Specialist for Waste Connections your skills will help serve the education and outreach marketing needs of greater Clark County and the Waste Connections Columbia River Division.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Familiarity with Clark County and regional recycling / composting practices.Microsoft Office experience (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, & Adobe Photoshop.Experience using Canva Teams.Excellent self-motivation skills; strong work ethic.Strong active listening and communication skills.Familiarity with website and social media management.Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.Experience in business or professional outreach activities and / or public speaking.Bachelor's degree in a field related to area of assignment; and sufficient experience needed for the level of the position.Proven ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships.Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Work collaboratively and in conjunction with City and County business partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project completion.Ensure contractual media / marketing / outreach obligations are met monthly.Comply with Corporate brand requirements.Lead and approve all design related materials including print, website and other outreach materials.Assist in website redevelopment and maintenance as needed.Assist with new Requests for Proposal responses.Assist and collaborate to help with open market branding and outreach throughout our Columbia River Division.Work cross functionally with other departments, job sites and partner agencies.Provide written team monthly reports detailing work done in alignment with defined work plan.Assist with tours of the Materials Recovery Center.Assist in staffing at community outreach events on the weekends.Assist with other projects / tasks as business needs arise.To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at
