JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will provide admin support for key reports and special projects to ensure smooth operations for our national account program. You will meet performance metrics, maintain compliance with internal processes, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work on various projects, keep reporting tasks current, and assist in bidding and contracting services which contribute to the organization’s goals and driving continuous improvement in departmental functions
Essential Job Functions:
- Achieve performance metrics, including the timely maintenance of monthly reports, administrative support for departmental projects, and adherence to response times for calls and follow-ups, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with internal processes in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee reporting tasks, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all required deliverables.
- Support the development of competitive and accurate pricing strategies, contributing to the formulation of effective service pricing models.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring seamless operations through proactive vendor follow-ups.
- Provide seamless coverage and support for phone line management, minimizing wait times and enhancing customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software programs for order processing and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail in managing customer orders and inquiries.
