- Develop and maintain project schedules using Kanban methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage release management processes to ensure timely deployment of project deliverables.
- Create and review test cases to validate project outcomes against requirements.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management with a strong understanding of development processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis related to project performance and requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Experience in release management and requirements gathering is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Kanban or other agile methodologies is preferred.
